This pendant is crafted with a faithful reproduction of the pomegranate-shaped beads that decorate an Etruscan necklace from the 1st–3rd century BC, preserved in the Gregorian Etruscan Museum of the Vatican.
Although there is no archaeological evidence of a pendant with this exact form, we have created this jewel using the same elements, maintaining the symbolism and aesthetics characteristic of Etruscan goldsmithing.
The pomegranate was a widely used motif by the Etruscans, associated with fertility, abundance, and eternal life. With these earrings we offer a contemporary creation inspired by ancient art, preserving intact the symbolic character of its original models.
Jewel made of yellow bronze.
