Delivery
Delivery shall be made to the address provided by the customer, which may be different from their normal place of residence. Deliveries may be made to their place of work or even to a third person they wish to send a gift to. In all instances, the recipient of the product shall be required to provide an official form of identification and to sign the delivery note.
DELIVERY PERIODS
Items will be sent within 72 hours after payment reception and order confirmation.
Delivery time also depends on final destination.

The maximum delivery time in Spain will be 30 days, as established by the General Law for the defense of consumers and users. After that time, a full refund of the order will be made.
The delivery time to countries of the European Union, as well as to other countries, will depend on the retention times at customs, as well as the delivery companies at the destination.
TEMATIKA guarantees 100% receipt of the order, or failing that for loss, the total refund. This refund will be made when the delivery company establishes the status of the order as lost after the claim.
DELIVERY COSTS
Customers are informed of the breakdown of delivery costs when the order is placed. The applicable prices are those quoted on the website at the time the order is placed.
For purchases made by customers in countries outside of the European Union, please remember that delivery charges do not include import taxes (tariffs), which must be paid in cash upon delivery.
