This item will be shipped in 7 days aprox.
Reproduction of Roman gold ring found in the Roman town of Clunia (Burgos). Appeared in the Forum, at a level of the late second or early third century.
It has a rectangular seal, above the ring ring, decorated with an openwork technique, with a theme of two dolphins facing a trident. The hoop carries on the outside, a Greek inscription dedicated to a woman.
It is a very rare piece in the typology of the imperial rings, for which we only know a parallel on the Rhine, in the Bonn Museum.
